After last update the frame stopped rotating the pictures. Customer service through the app only suggested doing a factory reset which would delete all my stored information. Not sure why they cannot fix the glitch and send an update. The frame is not as interesting now that the pictures do not rotate. Wish I had researched brands with less update glitches.

The AiMore Digital Photo Frame is ruined by its app. You can only upload 9 photos at a time unless you pay a subscription, and sorting by date doesn’t work. Despite intact EXIF data, the app won’t display photos in order. Frequent connection issues make uploads fail repeatedly, even on fast Wi-Fi. Customer support is unhelpful, blaming compatibility, but it doesn’t work on iPhone or Samsung. For $150, this frame is a frustrating, overpriced letdown.

Appreciate you guys. Thanks for forcing me to install an app, in order to transfer files one time. I got to transfer them from my mom's computer, to my phone, then use the app to get them on the frame! Using wifi or USB to directly transfer them would have been way to easy, and wouldn't have taken up nearly enough of my time. So, thank you! :)

Absolutely love this frame and the app. It's straightforward and easy to use. Never had an issue with connecting, transferring, or anything else. The ONLY thing I would like to see updated is the ability to choose from a different album on my phone. I have 2 and the one with more photos isn't accessible while on the app.

Although it does seem like it could be great. The app is fairly limited. And the frame is very limited. No affects for switching photos. A simple from right to center is all it has. The frames settings can only be controlled from the frame. Seemed like I had only guest rights. Uploading is pretty good but limited to how many at one time. Had a lot of work to be done but great potential. Worse over time. No more updating the frame. Glad it was free as it's trash now. Needs zero stars.

Was great for 1st couple months but now the last month or 2 its been horrible. Nothing will send anymore to the frame no matter what I do, restarted phone and frame, deleted and re-downloaded the app, deleted photos waiting to send and re-sent them, wifi connection is perfect on phone and frame, contacted support multiple times and it still won't work. Terrible.

I like the frame very much however, the remote in the app for Android is awful. It only works once after installing and then you have to delete it and reinstall it again to get it to work ONCE. Also, the top of the page for "all albums" is in Chinese while everywhere else everything is in English, as selected. It would be nice to be able to be able to search for pics. ***update *** Those Android items have been fixed!. Still can't search tho.

Everything was working fine. I have multiple frames as gifts for Christmas. Suddenly I can't send pictures to any of the frames. They just sit in the queue. Somethings they send days later. Sometimes not. I have updated the app, signed out and in, cleared the queue, disconnected and reconnected to the frames, deleted and redownloaded the app and nothing has fixed the issues. This has been a huge hassle for people that I have the frames to and people are done dealing with frames. Such a waste.
