Using interpretive dance is more effective than this app at managing your book. It forgets your password unless you force close it which is slightly faster than typing it out again. It's missing features you can only access via browser. It defaults to day list now which doesn't show tasks that are on the calendar. Typically a tool should enable you to be more effective at a task and this app makes my life harder. The trend with salon tech seems to be work to make the system sorta work.

I believe if you are no longer going to support the old app you should have at least have made the new one better not worse. There are way too many things that are terrible to list them all. But a few are a 45 appointment should not look like a three hr block of time the sizing is terrible on the phone and on the computer, every single task Takes 3 or 4 more steps than the old app. If you are making a 7 pm appointment you have to scroll all the way back up to see what day your on. It's TOO BIG

It was absolutely terrible! This is by far the worst scheduling app I have ever used! Ugly interface, which looks like it was designed by a 12 year old. Unable to shrink to fit phone screen. There is no option to choose how time is viewed. And every time I try to open the schedule, it closes out. Unfortunately, I am stuck with it as my boss has switched from mind-body to envision. If you read this review, I would highly encourage you to go with mind-body. It is way more user-friendly!

This is one of the worst apps I've ever had to use. It crashes every time I open it, you can't see multiple schedules on one page, you can't see when someone is scheduled to work, the color scheme is hard to read... the only thing it's good for is daily totals and rebook numbers - but even then they don't include a way to see charged tips. Overall a horrible app.

Updated my phones operating system now the app is totally useless. I can't see my schedule until the day of and then it's only a list of the days appointments. No other functionality of scheduling available. On the days I don't work there is no access to any of the functions of the app. And as far as the desktop part of the program goes it is not that great as compared to the old version of envision

About 2 weeks ago this system stopped working, they say it's because I have an android phone, I've used this system with my android phone for years and have never had a problem, they tell me it will work itself out , not sure when, this is my busiest time of the year and it's been very inconvenient not being able to book people's appointments. I'm at image makers salon. I would think with all the bad reviews you get, your company would make improvements pretty much everyone says the same thing

Buggy with limited functionality. Trying to load the schedule overwhelms the app and it stops responding. Even the listed schedule never loads. Updating client accounts is laughably limited. Even with the desktop version being so no optimized for mobile, it's world's better than this app.

Before I updated everything worked fine. AFTER I did the recent update it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! I get a warning from android saying that it keeps stopping! I can't even click on the app and get a normal response. I hope they fix this issue soon!
