This is my second time using the E and E app. For me, seeing visual representations of each workout is SO helpful. I see they also added a 'pause' button which can be crucial for those of us who have to pause a workout and resume later due to our kiddos. (Hence the E and E). Overall, I am super impressed with the ability I have to take it with me on my phone, complete a workout virtually anywhere I go, and be able to see/read instructions as I go.

I am in my first pregnancy, and I love this app for my fitness. I run as my primary form of fitness, but I like to supplement with strength. This app cuts out all the confusion and noise about what is and is not allowed during pregnancy while focusing on what really matters! Compared to other apps that market themselves as pregnancy-specific, this one takes the cake. Worth the annual subscription. (They have plenty of promotional periods to help with the cost if that's a concern.)

I have loved using this app during my pregnancy to stay strong and postpartum to feel great! There are workout plans to match your stage in pregnancy/postpartum and lots of different options: strength training, running, core, and now yoga! I have focused on the strength training and I loved the return to running program. I can't wait to try some of the other exercises out! This app makes it easy to fit in a workout, even with a baby at home.

Cannot say enough positive things about this app! I discovered while pregnant with my second. I recovered so much faster than my first. I loved the postpartum workouts and am now doing the Elevated and Empowered program for the second time! So many options with the app too! I appreciate the core workouts as well because who doesn't need help with that?! Love that it's a great workout I can do at home in about 30 minutes! A must for all mamas!!

The app is full of a variety of helpful workouts that I can rest assured are safe to do throughout pregnancy and postpartum. The peace of mind this gives me is invaluable. I love the detailed descriptions included with each exercise to ensure good form and effective movement. Plus, the timer and ability to pause workouts makes it possible to fit workouts into my busy schedule. I actually look forward to these workouts each day and love the supportive vibe!

I used this app throughout pregnancy and was able to stay active while learning how to manage the pain that pregnancy can cause! Since giving birth, I have been using the post partum guide and just now (5 mo pp) starting to feel strong again! I love not having to pick exercises or come up with workouts that are safe for every aspect of pregnancy and post partum. They really try to encompass everything!

Hello, I am an ortho physical therapist myself and am now 8 weeks pregnant. I sought out this app because I know how important it is to exercise during pregnancy and to incorporate pelvic floor work early on. I love the diversity of programs and the supportive community within the founders and other moms out there! The programs are easy to follow along and give good explanations on sequencing as needed. Would highly recommend!!
