*BUGGY AND SLOW AGAIN* The latest app is constantly slow to respond to any actions within work orders everything has a loading icon and will not load the first time it feels like it has very little ram allocation, when you open 2 or 3 other apps the fn app has to RELOAD everytime my phone has 12gb of RAM that's ridiculous that shouldn't be happening, why back in 2016 I could enter close out notes check in and out of the App while OFFLINE why can't we do that now? every action needs to load now.

Can't request jobs that have qualifications. Adding them to the profile does not save. Literally every buyer uses this annoying system where simple tools like "screwdriver" have 10 different word variations so most jobs have qualifications listed that I do not have added to my profile. I have to use the mobile or PC browser to request work now. They also got rid of the community forum and are a lot less tech friendly than 5 years ago. Platform work is a lost cause now. I'm switching careers

I have now completed my 2 nd. contract & have been paid for both. I chose the pro account which cost a little more per job but the expectations are clear. if they are not, counter offer or decline. 1 contract I spent 1 hour and 20 min. at a site for $90 hr. FN deleted the address on closed tickets. We use that information to confirm our travel for the IRS, and you removed it, creating a sudden tax burden. Not everything a buyer asks you to do is in our best interest. I'll be pulling work and heading back to work market Persistently asking me to sign in and 2fa even though I have remember me checked. Also using links from email to app consistently never works. It just leaves you wherever you were last time. This means missing tickets and messages.

For the amount of profit they receive, and having a huge pool of technicians to choose from, this should be a flagship app that others measure themselves by. Nothing could be further from the truth. Just got worse... Now you only have a 45-minute window for any job that has a start time that is not a range. That means even if the job is available between 9 and 5:00, you'll get penalized if you aren't there within 45 minutes of the posted time

After one of the recent updates, can no longer log into the app. The App is broken for my android phone. Go through the normal log in process ckama and when asked how to verify I can choose email or email or text. As soon as I choose one of the methods, the app automatically displays a message saying that it has timed out. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times in the past 3 weeks. Have also rebooted my phone numerous times. Makes no difference! The app needs to be fixed !!

I recommend trying all options instead of sticking to just one app. That's changed from before when FN used to be the best. They do fix app glitches when reported, but the market is nowhere near as saturated as it once was.

Switched phones, still can't properly use app. As you can see from other users, a small subset of us can't even use the app; clicking on a work order loads a white screen. It's been a minute since I did my stack traces, but I vaguely recall it's due to how FN implements Webview. It seems to have cropped up around one of the security updates about four months ago. Pixel 6a and 8a. A14 and on Jul '24 patches.
