This app sucks, it gives you a load that would make you deadhead over 180 miles away, when I could of easily drove 40-60 mi. It's ridiculous!!!

App sometimes populates loads that are deadhead 100+miles for a 40 mile run that isn't worth it. You decline that load, which counts against you, and then it resends the same Load. Developers need to fix that issue and the issue of declining a Load you've already declined not be counted against you. Also, lots of PO overdrawn issues that could save drivers time if the system wouldn't populate those loads till after midnight. Being rerouted should also be paid for mileage wasted.

Driver is stuck with drive time and no freight because app runs out of drive time. And it requires daily log in time without considering delays at well sites. Get rid of "Log in times" and add "Oil field off duty" delays to extend the shift! Please, folks, work with us here! These well sites have unforseen waits all of the time. The APP DOESN'T CONSIDER THIS! DOT ALLOWS OFF DUTY OIL TIME THUS STOPPING THE 14 HR CLOCK! So the 10 hour break start and finish times vary.

Biggest problem is the lack of communication between drivers and Dispatch. The app is too complicated to use. Not trucker friendly

Can't add my trailer to get my loads missed 2 loads at $396 each. Plus it puts marks against you for each missed load. No one at the phones. BOTS for technical support. Worse experience ever. I'm pissed thanks alot 5F 👌

Useless app. Can't solve real time issues. Also can be manipulated by operations to be unfair, give favoritism to other drivers and not get you loads and nobody can be held accountable for being corrupt.

I used to be able upload images of my BOL . Now I have to take a picture of the boL with the 5f app. You can no longer upload images of documents.

Not a very good app it keeps deleting my shift made my tier go way down, and everytime I'm going to accept a load I have to call customer support so they can add my truck number what a mess...
