Not working properly. Slow Performance: . App Levels Not Working: Whenever I click on any level or section, it doesn’t respond or load properly. This makes it impossible to access important content. I hope the developers can fix these problems soon, especially the issue with levels not working, so that it becomes more user-friendly and reliable.

It was fine before the update, I'm not able to open any of the photos in the gallery, clocking in the menu bar is a task, it's lagging alot as well. I've deleted it more than 4 times now and is still hanging up Please do the needful and fix the problem, max people on this app are struggling, I can't even access to my assessments and syallbus.

The new version of the app is just horrendous. The old version was atleast working properly even though it had it's issues here and there. The new new app will constantly hang or break and will have to be r started multiple times and even then it won't work properly. It seems like the development team of the app didn't really test the app enough before rolling out the facelift of the app. Very disappointing.

The original one was very much better and good but it is also good but average I have alot of problems while opening this app I knew that it will also recover with good facilities as it is difficult to understand as it is very new for us students like me but I believe that we can't judge without knowing about it till now this new model of ecare experience is average but I believe it will have a great comeback with very good facilities than the first 😀 😊. So don't worry.

The app is literally unusable after a recent major update. The UI is not even understandable, the home page starts flickering whenever the app is opened, the sun section under the menu tab doesn't respond while clicking. Please bring back the old UI!

Very bad app, always have issue in accessing documents. Same document is visible to few but not others. Also getting 'chrome not installed' error while trying for fee payment. Such a rediculous app.

Since I have updated the app it just doesn't works. The screen keeps blinking and am not able to do anything in it as it just hangs. This app is very important for school communication and am really irritated

Why gps location access is required for the app usage? Slow app most of the times doesn't load. Bus tracking shows bus at multiple places. Can't send messages, then what is the point of having the option
