The alarm goes off some mornings and not others. It's completely inconsistent. No idea why. This is the second sleep cycle alarm app I've tried. Apparently the things don't work very well. Updated: This app is pure garbage. The alarm doesn't go off at all. Don't even bother installing it.

Really great, will give full 5 stars when the "wake time" section is corrected (I have sent an email) I have been feeling a lot better in the mornings when I wake up in line with my sleep cycles Does have ads but it doesn't bother me since you only use the app for a short time each night

makes my alarm clock every single night. this makes me feel sure that i am getting the proper & a healthy amount of sleep each night. perfect for naps during the day. this way i know how long or how short my nap should be & i wake up more refreshed. a feeling of knowing i slept enough & i pop out of bed when the alarm goes off.

It's not bad, it's easy to use and quite simple. But, the "when should I wake up" alarm sets the date to the current day, not the next day. There are ads but I don't think they would bother too much.

Hello! Just wanted you to know I really enjoy your information! It is interesting, informational and has changed my sleep hygiene as a result! I worked 7p-7a ,all my life, and now retired. I have never been able to get back to living like a " normal" person, as I still cannot sleep at night like the rest of you. With this apps help, at least I am getting the best sleep I can, when the rest of you are awake! Keep up the good work! You have made a difference in my life!
