This app is unreliable. It will not work most times and drivers refuse to show up trying to get your cancellation fee. The idea is great and when you get a driver, you do not get ripped off. The app needs to be tweaked to better protect the passenger. Drivers need to be expelled for flaunting the ride share program.

This is the worst transport app I have ever used. The drivers often don't show up or come 20 minutes late. Many times there are not drivers available and when they are, they can't seem to find your location on the map so you have to go meet them wherever they are. Horrible system yet it is the only option in this area.

The Goa Miles app has been a frustrating experience. Not only does it have frequent glitches and unexplained deductions after ride cancellations, but I’ve also had drivers demanding extra money on top of the cancellation fee. Customer support is unresponsive, and the app interface is outdated and hard to use. This service lacks reliability, transparency, and professionalism.

I mean THE WORST APP EVER!! DO NOT USE IT, PLEASE! I added balance of 350 to the app which was mandatory and it was a total waste. You won't ve able to book a cab ever! There will be no cab assigned and you will keep on waiting. Only once I was able to book a cab and then the driver refused to take us, the money had already been deducted from my account and the driver did not even cancel from his side and I had to cancel which led to me incurring a whopping cancellation charge of 100 rupees.

FRAUD!!!! Very poor experience. Had to wait for several minutes and then they said there's no cab available. One cab was booked after several minutes, driver didn't move from his location for more than 10 minutes so I had to cancel because I was in hurry and they charged cancelation fee. I'll suggest not to use this useless app. Their app's rating is also fake, probably paid reviews.

Had a second time experience of worst booking. When i booked a cab, there was no confirmation of the booking. So i took a taxi. Half an hour later, driver calls and tells me that i booked a cab and he is waiting. I had to cancel the ride and was levied penalty for not being able to take the ride for which the app did not show any confirmation. Contacted support but they responded that there is no glitch on app. This is zero accountability. We are losing money on the app for no fault of ours.

Superb service.. reasonable rates.. only request please increase the availability of the cabs. Also the app is a little slow, so on slower network the wait is too long. Reviewing again after 3 years, the services have still not improved. Last minute cancellations even after scheduling rides much before hand. It just leave you in problem where you have to compromise with higher rates charged by others taking advantage of the urgency. Tourists are looking upto you for avoiding fare exploitation

THE ABSOLUTE WORST APP ON EARTH. FIRST OF ALL. UGLY. second, what is this service????? I'm sorry I can't even book a cab normally! The payment page doesn't load sometimes, u pay and the balance doesn't show sometimes, and for cash payment, why do I need to put a balance, and in fact that balance always deducts on it's own, the user interface is VERY BAD. DESIGN? EW. CONVENIENCE? NON EXISTENT. AND MANY TIME I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE TO BOOK A CAB! What is this goa miles?
