The app is ok. The support doesn't exist. I have issues with the devices - can't reset the NVR admin password; one camera does not work at night; another has gray images, not coloured in bright light, other 2 cameras work well. I've asked for help in the app, no reply for over one year. Their new website is coming soon for more than 2 years.

I have this setup for approx. for 3 months now... They work fine. But Endless problems with the app... often it fails to log on. Then it works and then doesn't. Often with network error displayed (...when there's no problem)/re-inserting passwords also an issue).

Worked brilliantly, but latest update does not connect to my system, have to uninstall, and then install an old apk. This gets it working again, until autoupdate, despite being disabled, ignores the disablement and autoupdates anyway.

So far I have been unable to set up an account due to email failure, on two working email accounts. More than one password/account on the app and or machine, with little in the way of explanation of their differences. I want this to work, I really do.

On previous app of homeguard works ok with Android. Then they have this update. Since then, it's almost always offline when viewing using mobile data. It works ok when using Wi-Fi.

The cctv cam cannot be viewed on the mobile app. It is always offline but on the monitor is says online. We've tried everything possible - reset, check the internet and all but to no avail.

The app seems to be working ok, and it connects to the nvr quite quickly. L E. After a firmware the playback functionality started to work

Works good. I can see nearly in real time on the mobile what is happening. Was really easy to setup everything.
