It won't let me in my own account and I have not been able to secure my home in 2 months now. I keep changing the password but then it tells me it's the wrong password AFTER it signs me in.. it is still recording things but it will not allow me to view anything. What gives, I paid over $1000 for my equipment.

It doesn't send alert notifications and it doesn't show in play back when the cameras have been triggered. Only thing useful It does is record, but what good is that when you have to watch the whole video in real time instead of having a fast forward or rewind or even showing when the cameras have been triggered. Sometimes it doesn't wanna load the cameras to even see anything and somethimes the play back doesn't work. App is pretty much useless. It's a free app so that explains everything.

My mobile device is barely able to monitor my system. It is so slow 2 playback if it plays back at all. There is no adjustment of the security system device from the mobile device. My motion alarms notify me but they say no alarms available when I try to look at them. There are more problems with this system then I can list.

A major drawback is the Playback feature. To locate a playback point is cumbersome and very slow. There is only one playback speed, the slowest on of course. There is no backward option. Locating an event is next to impossible unless the exact time is known.

Most of the time you don't receive a notification when motion is detected . There is no way to delete a notification with out clearing all notifications . I just sent a lorex system back because of issues with remote viewing . But I think I made a mistake !! It's about time for a update Revo . You need to read your app reviews .

App worked perfectly for the first few months and then all of sudden it stop working. It won't let me log in, saying abnormal network. The system itself is perfect. Updated, back to normal. Thanks
