This was an amazing experience. I was really scared to leave the house with all this covid-19 stuff going around and especially to the urgent care since I am comprised. So my call only took about 5 minutes and I had a diagnosis and meds sent to the pharmacy. I am so very thankful for this!

This app doesn't do anything unless you need urgent care or miss your appointment. It did not have my appointments on my calendar. It did not have my surgeon so I could contact him. I uninstalled it waste of memory.

Only lagged a couple times, but superconvenient and relatively inexpensive for small consults. Queue up and go about your morning and just monitor your spot in line.

We love our peds dr. We also think its super cool to have this alternative to an actual in office visit via videoconferencing. This pandemic could have seriously been way different without this alternative.

Great app to use if you want to save a trip to an actual doctor's office or clinic. If your symptoms sound serious enough THEN they recommend coming in. :)
