it's ok, but there are a couple of annoyances that would be easy fixes such as keeping the screen lit while viewing a problem and actually explaining feet rules somewhere in the app. maybe these features are already there but they should be made more obvious then

Love the app, it's relatively intuitive to use, and mostly functions. Combing through the reviews however, I see quite a few long-standing, unaddressed issues. I'm currently unable to view a list of climbs I've set or saved. This seems to be a widespread issue. There several more sign in and usage issues... There needs to be a better way to handle this; better messaging, and a ticketing system. It's taking far too long to resolve these issues, and the (free for gym) alternatives are growing.

Doesn't load images of wall despite working otherwise. I'm at Hive Heights and clearing caches and reinstalling fixes it for one thing but it breaks again within a few minutes.

Totally broken. No longer can you load individual climbers' climbs. All you see is a blank screen. So all my projects are inaccessible. Cleared cache. Cleared Data. Still totally broken. Please fix it ASAP.

The app has been broken on android for nearly four years. The ability to select holds just does not work as intended. Large sections of wall that you can select on IOS are not selectable on android. I think it has something to do with stitched together photos and panorama shots. When the wall gets too long, android just cannot select the far right of the wall. If you're a dev and reading this, go to "University of Iowa CRWC" and test the holds on the far right of the wall. Thanks

The app works well enough, but is usually slow and buggy. There's a decent amount of latency (>2 secs) between when I select a boulder and when it actually opens. I'm also unable to sort boulders within my saved lists, so it quickly gets out of hand if I have more than a few problems in a list.

Brilliant. I love this app. It's so nice to be able to set so many routes on my home wall without having to clutter the wall with tape, or be limited by hold colour, or my memory! It's also really nice to be able to set problems for my son (and he for me) to practise flash attempts (I even have friends from hours away set problems remotely). Customer service is awesome! I can't recommend it enough. It'll help motive you to train and think of new problems for your wall.

Now that the app is working for my phone; i think the app is pretty good. I think that the 'home wall' setup thing could be a little better, as you cannot be connected to more than one board without searching again. otherwise the app functions very well. The inaging of the holds is clear, as are thr grades and the selection. it could be good if you could select climbs in order of easiest first, and it would also be good if you could store sets or 'play lists', and store which are your projects.
