This app can control your wifi connection. I turned off the wifi control on this app. I turned off Hotspot 2.0. I turn off automatic wifi connect. I even try to sign out from my account. All not working, they will have pop up notification (every second!) asking you whether you allow the app to turn on. Please fix this.

This application suddenly log out. When we log in, the application said we didn't have any account here and lost all collected points. I also went to the concierge several times, and didn't get any response until now.

Rubbish app. If you want your customer to do a self service, make sure your app works. Your app often read wrong transaction amount, then cannot resubmit. Another case your app keep saying invalid rate, the fact the sequence was yyyy-mm-dd. If your app cannot read those, FIX it!! If a human being who is validating, TRAIN them!!

Pls make around 24 hrs limit from receipt time for uploading receipt instead of the same day. Sometimes we forgot to upload if it's already night time. Also need an easier way to upload instead of inputting name & member no. over & over again every time. It's not efficient.

Not sure why and where i install this app, which i dont remember installing it. If you have the same experience with me, better to delete it right away. First thing that pop up in this app is to ask your permision to access your phone, so better not to open it.

Feels like walking ads. The notification, which not that i want, pop up every now and then every hour. Very annoying.

What a rubbish and stupid app!!! Tried to upload the receipt from Callie store but always rejected with message "cannot verify the tenant". In fact the tenant already listed in the tenant list
