From many times we faced an issue regarding order. Sometimes we got the order but the order not shown on the screen even after the time over it shows that the rejection of order. The issue not resolved by the systems. The orders are very less and in such situations we also missed the order regularly. Even there is no issue for the application problem to give. Check and update

I want to suggest that we courier should have liberty to cancel the 2nd restaurant order in a bundled order because today at new year's eve i experienced that i got an order where the 1st restaurant was open and had the order prepared meanwhile 2nd one was closed and there was no way i could have it canceled so i had to cancel both of them please add an feature where we couriers could cancel the 2nd restaurant order in future update Thank you!

Glovo pays peanuts to its curiers, it is not giving any real bonuses for working nights, weekends, nor holidays. Moreover, it only pays you for cycling km and do not include long walks on your feet to pick up food from big shopping centres nor to 10th floors of the drop off points. Forcefull app, that has an agressive permisson settings and requests to have 'write over other apps' permissions of your phone & it is intensively tracking use of your other application's data for sell off.

It's improved massively compared to two years ago. I got fed up coz they kept taking away orders for being late, even though the orders weren't ready and you had to wait ages at the joints. Now, though, most of the orders assigned are almost ready or ready and the workflow is more well-paced. Payments, unfortunately, have become worse.

The coustmer support sucks i get an order from 2km to pick up when i reached at pickup point they dont have that product availble then i have try to connect with support and its been more than half an hour but no reaponse kindly fix this problem as we do not want waste our time to just wait to get response!

Fraud company. In the last two months, they have been deducting extra euro it's called adjustment, example earning was 115 euro after tax, and they paid 100 euros and showed 15 euro adjustment, glove doing cheat with us, that's means I'm paying tax ➕️ extra adjustment,, and worst customer service and this company, please don't work with glove. 3rd class company cheating fraud company.

I'm a rider and I'm so disappointed with this app! It malfunction and atimes doesn't alert riders when there is an order only for the rider to be kicked out for 3 good hours with no access to a single order and let me not even start with their customer care, so terrible they urge you to reassign an order knowing you as the courier will get kicked out for 3 good hours. So terrible!!!!

The app is very funny. I don't understand is this signing in thing. With other apps, you can just go online and start receiving orders. But with this app you need to book slots all the time. you can't go offline if something happened. You can't cancel those slots. Any order you receive you can't cancel, you are forced to complete the order no matter where you have to drive to. Another thing that is so frustrating is the fact that you can't sign in everywhere, only in highlighted places.
