Too many bugs for the app. Delays on push notifications and other info thats needed to stay active on the app. No human support when you're running into issues is trash. No middle person between you and customer if there are issues. It started off okay, but the app does not serve both vendor and client. Vendors have limited options when disputing issues for payment or non-payment. App needs a lot of work

Would give better rating the app works and does mostly what is needed. Couple things I think could be improved on. For me the bid screens are annoying. They continuously pop up over and over making the app unusable unless you click skip these for now. But if you skip them they completely disappear for a full day and you cant get new bids to pop back up. The section for bids should have all the current available bids there at all times. And second the square footage isn't always there

Update: 7/18/2024, as of today there is an app update, the app still crashes and won't load after the update. I'm glad I don't solely use this app or I'd be screwed. Still no contact back from the developer regarding this issue other than emails that my account will be closed in 2 days due to "missed" appointments. Thanks for the threats when the failure is on your end!

They want you to do the absolute best work for the lowest price possible. And if you want to reschedule more than 1 time for a specific customer, say the weather stormed 2 times in a row, you will be permanently banned from the app. absolutely terrible. Even for a user with 5 stars that's done over 200 Mowing jobs. They have no respect for workers that break their backs to make them money.

App is a little buggy and I don't agree with having to see who can lose the most money on the job, in order to secure the job, but it's still a newer app and always room for improvement. It took me 2 months to finally win my first bid and I gave up my left arm to win it.

On S24 ultra, I don't know if it's the resolution or what, but the app does not display the interface correctly. You can't see the submit buttons or other options as they're partially cut off or invisible as if not loading, and you can sometimes touch in those areas that you know where the Option is and it will go through even though nothing's visible.

Idk what happened by app stays crashing and won't let me load in. How am I suppose to reach my customers and know who's when, when I can open app... I uninstalled and restalled and it's still doing the same thing. Please figure this out quickly

Horrible I've been trying to log in for the last 5 days, emailed them with screenshots and still the mobile app will not work and you can't receive no support unless you use Facebook, I refuse to use social media so I'm going to have to call each of them to receive payment. Cause I don't have it like sarah and can work for free and on Sundays and ib top of that they have every zip code that I mow in n with a $30 average bid. How w am I supposed to make money this wß tll to
