Great selection and fair price but I have no success removing downloads individually - I have to delete all of them at once in settings. which is a bit inconvenient. Worse, downloaded audiobooks will occasionally stop playing with no way to resume aside from waiting. Even restarting the app does nothing. Also, even though most of the UI is in English, my reccomendations tab is in German because the app thinks I'm in Austria. Will gladly adjust my rating to 5 stars when these issues are fixed.

Okay app but they need, NEED the option to navigate their audiobooks by chapters. As someone who reads the physical book as well as listen to it, it is incredibly frustrating, trying to find a spot in a book without any ability to see the chapters. // Edited down from 3 to 2 stars. Reason: every time I pause a book, it starts up in a completely different spot before or after where I was, between 15s and 3+ min away. Doesn't matter if I paused for 2 seconds or a day.

Once you're in the app and have access to "reading hours", it's fine. But seriously, first of all, to not be able to change your subscription in the app is utterly unacceptable in this day and age, but even if this is the case - I have never seen such bad UX as only having a prompt saying "sorry you can't change this in the app, bit knotty we know" and then zero information on HOW to do it or where to go???? Who did your UX, a toddler? Come on.

I would give it more stars if it was possible to filter out the huge amount of erotic fiction. It's annoying that it comes up in every search even when it's not remotely related to the search query.

I enjoy the app for the most part, but the lack of ability to hide authors like certain highly transphobic bigots, and browsing by category is really bad and brings it down. Also, there's no option to hide suggestions that do not match whatsoever

I love this app. It has many nice books to read. My only problem is that you can't easily swap from reading to listening.

I recently restarted using it after a very long time away, and unfortunately it's become awful. The interface is not smooth at all, lagging constantly and an overall frustrating experience trying to scroll or search. What a shame.

Overall it works, there are some minor bugs, like sometimes it signs me out randomly, and when browsing books it throws me backwards on the list every now and then. But there are some big issue that makes this barely a two-star app. There aren't chapters in books, which is a must in the audiobooks. Especially if you want to switch between reading the book and listening to it. Also, when downloading books, it seems that you can't close your screen or use another app while it's loading, otherwise it will pause the download. This is not acceptable in any rate.
