Totally redundant app. At first I admire how the group has adapted technology for the booking system, only to be dissapointed later when I got message from the customer service to send the downpayment receipt, when I have done all the booking and downpayment through the virtual account provided by the app. Given that the booking has been successfully made, it means that the payment has been verified right? Don't bother to create an app if manual verification is still needed.

Sulit digunakan. Tidak konsisten. Minta customer support, balik lagi dikirimkan wa yang sama. Sangat menyusahkan dan mengecewakan.

Gak bisa update profile. Reservasi gak muncul di aplikasi. Aplikasi redundant dan masih banyak bug

Aplikasinya gak jelas muter doang daftar member aja gak ad koneksi terhubung aneh, website juga begitu tim developernya sepertinya tidak memperhatikan website dan aplikasinya sangat disayangkan untuk group besar seperti ini tp aplikasi dan webnya payah

Mau reservasi aja jadi sulit, aplikasi close app saat mau transaksi untuk DP. Tidak asa benefit apa2 juga melalui apps, mohon manajemen memperhatikan kembali hal seperti ini.

Mau reservasi aja susah..tiap mau lanjutkan ga gerak..blm.masukin password dah bilang password tidak sama..link dari restoran ga bisa lanjut..pindah play store sama aja..
