Please introduce support for English. Otherwise I feel it is a good one, though I see options to block Sim I think, but afraid that I do something bad as I am yet to learn Swedish! Also finding some disconnect between the summary in app and portal (mitt-halebop). It shows me 5.1 GB, 14 days left, message free and calls free for my prepaid SIM with 189 plan in mitt-halebop. But in app it shows all 0s.

Worst experience with this company. Sending us invoice of subscription till today that I have canceled in Nov 23. Customer support team is worst.although I have canceled my subscription for one number and change subscription of 129 sek instead of previous subscription still customer service start new subscription without informing by their selves. We have chat arrends and they have all record of chat on that day but still they wanna their incentive they did it by the self. 0 star

Latest version on my S22+ w Android 13 is completely useless. Can not click links, can not download my bills, can't post questions to support about it since the send button is not possible to click. Smart way to keep the support questions low! ;)

Absolutely hopeless, chat shuts early and NO case that is too hard for the person on chat ever gets anything done when "elevated" to a manager. Great if there are no technical issues and it's simple, after that customer service is woefully poor and just plain non existent. KISS principles - they need it

I can't even log in because you won't let me use my password even though I have one. It keeps saying the account password is wrong but when I put the same thing online it works perfectly fine

I can not change the language of App to English. Also I could see paid invoices in the previous version but not now.
