Unable to view notifications. When I open the app and click to see notifications, I get an error message saying "oops something went wrong. please try again at a later time." It's been nearly 2 weeks and I keep getting the same result. This app isn't exactly user friendly and I initially liked it so much. I have tried uninstalling then downloading the app a few times already and nothing works. Still shows I have multiple notifications but I can't access them.

At first I thought this app would help me feel more positve, connected and learn how to deal with my MS and stress, but after keeping it for a week, it is more of a pity party. No matter how positive I post someone has to bring in the negatives. There arent many articles that are helpful and some of the links in the app don't work.

I like this app. I can connect with other psoriasis patients, ask questions to the experts, and have access to educational articles. I also enjoy the meditation exercises. I had a technical issue one day and after communicating with support, they resolved it within one business day.

Downloaded this before my diagnosis. Been diagnosed for almost a year. This app works on my android phone. Its good for reading or sharing tips, tricks, experiences. They say there are "professionals" on the app but I still advise to contact your primary doctor before trying any medications or treatments that isn't over the counter or that is not yet prescribed by your primary doctor. I absolutely love this app tho. Found the add for this app on fb. Lucky find if you ask me

I have a huge phone and can't get past question 6 because the app doesn't scroll and I can't see the answers. I turned the phone sideways as well but the app stayed vertical. Can't use this app because I can't answer questions to move forward. Please fix.

I like the information I have read so far but I keep having to "sign in" over and over while reading an article. Can't continue to scroll down without doing so. I almost didn't install the Kopa app because of all the negative reviews regarding it not being user friendly. I really don't need more frustration in my life. Hummm......

I can't even get past question 1 of the questionnaire. Was hoping for good things from this app. Of course you had to make an account first and sign up with email, more stuff for the junk folder.

Cannot sign up or login. I have tried both of my Gmail's email accounts and multiple passwords. It tells me either the email is used, the username is used, and every password, and the whole thing is invalid.
