I would say that if there are going to be delays with prebooked taxis that then app is able to let the person know. It's getting ridiculous now, that cars are showing as being on the map yet when you book "no drivers available". If you then call the office you are told they are fully booked the appnis pointless to he quite honest.

Typing a destination address is a pain. Trying for 10 minutes, it keeps getting blank before I finish typing. I will go Uber. Uninstalling right now.

Booked 8 hours ago for the morning, they took the money for the cab fair then, but now I'll miss my appointment. Naturally there's no cab in sight. Called the company only to be told there would be an additional 20 minute wait onto of the time I'd already lost, despite the fact that I booked 8 hours in advance AND they'd already taken my money. Do not use. Do not download, and definitely don't rely on them.

Charged twice, in the app and in the car, for the same journey. Temperamental app. I cannot recommend that you use this at all.

App has been updated and is now fully operational. Great to order cabs and track them to your door. Also great to see current waiting times.

Good taxi service but drivers need some better training and understand rules of conduct with customers especially when sexual!!
