The UI is clumsy. Needs a kick of intuitiveness. I feel like I'm setting up an Enigma machine when editing timecards. I love the level of detail, but all data isn't needed all of the time. The sperate flyouts for self/team is a neat idea. The overall package is far superior to the other systems I've used in the past. Simplify the UI and you have a winner.

There seem to have been improvements. Priority was clearly given to the iOS app at one point, and the android version seemed like an after thought. There was no work around or quick fix, you had to be connected to wifi on android. But that problem seems to be completely solved. Now that that's taken care of; I haven't come across anything I need the desktop site for that I can't accomplish with the app.

App sucks. Always have a difficult time logging in. Also, I recently got a new phone and had to do the initial log in again, but it was not accepting my credentials. Restarted app with no success, restarted phone with no success, now the app won't even open. Saw someone else's comment about it not opening on cellular, so maybe that's the problem? Regardless, it shouldn't be a problem to open whether there is or isn't wifi. Frustrating to deal with each week.

Worst app, why can I only use this on wifi at work? I should be able to use this anytime wifi or cellular data. This app is supposed to have so many features, but it doesn't have them. You can check anything on here. Just clock in and out and have to be on wifi. This needs to be fixed. I have sent 4 emails, and not one has been followed up on.

Cannot use app when on cellular data. Will only work if I connect to a WiFi connection first. Then so long as I don't close the app. It will continue to work on cellular data. It's a stupid glitch that they refuse to fix. Why even pay to use this platform if the company refuses to update the bugs 90% of people experience.

Although it likely has the functionality you need, it just isn't intuitive/ user friendly. Just feels like programmers made the app without using any real human being feedback. Has always felt this way. You constantly have to change your password. The security feels higher than my banks, which may be appropriate for an employer who has all your personal info to protect, but for an employee that just wants to clock in and out, there is no need to force password changes. I have other gripes

The user experience is really not easy, getting new hires to understand it and be able to use it is not easy. Even when employees are.around for awhile and get experience using it they tell.me they have a tough time with it. Even the different items I have to use are not always easy to find, even when I have used said item, several times. It just doesn't seem to.put things in obvious aces, but instead hides them. It's a great idea and makes so much sense, but the user experience is poor at best.

Login randomly works. Really non intuitive app, hard to find what you need. **update this app is NOT AT ALL user friendly. My home screen or whatever appears when I log in has changed. Not sure why, I am not able to figure out how to fix it. This app can't find an internet connection half the time, so manual fixes are needed. A LOT
