Why us every single time I need so sign in to the app, it's either under maintenance or I get a message that it can't access my information right now.

Wow. This is about as worthless as any app could be. Fortunately I can login via a browser, but this app just errs out with any attempt to login. It simply does not work at all. Having worked in healthcare my entire adult life, I must say, laughable.

Error logging in via barcode, had to manually enter in data. Then error loading policy claims. Then previously paid deductibles don't show up. What is the point of an app where 2/3rds of the functions aren't working?

Easy log in process, the app lays out everything in an easy to find way. After reading the low reviews I was skeptical, but I have not experienced any of those negative issues.
