The interface on this app is awful. In order to get into the app, you need multifactor authentication, totally fine and normal. When you try to change apps on your phone to get to your authenticator app or to your email, you get bumped out and have to start all over. What is the point of having an app if you need another device at the same time to get into your account? Just use your computer.

Every time you close the app during the login process to grab either authentication (email or code), you're sent back to the initial login in screen. It resets. This makes the app fundamentally useless, as you are prevented from logging in.

The new security on the app makes it impossible to log in. When you go to your email to obtain the code, everything disappears. When you start over, you're back to square one.

This app is awful. It doesn't open 90% of the time! Huge sections are blank.

I can rarely see anything in the app. Not only that but it tells me the app is no longer supported and to update it. I did. It's telling me the samething, that it needs to be updated.
A Google user
Two stars for effort, it appears to be built using hybrid technology like Cordova/Phonegap. Not a fan, because typically most developers use it for the first time and wing-it, which makes the app experience not great, thus the low ratings. Pros low cost app, cons if not done well waste of money. However, the Web App version seems to be decent.
