Absolutely blew it on your last update. It won't work at all on the s8 with android 9. On the j7pro it opens the app but can't recall it's own saved user name and password that was previously created. It no longer communicates with device. Cannot receive alarm messages. Nor can you turn the alarm off or on.

with the latest update, the apps totally cannot be used. It keeps on stopping. Please do something to fix this problem immediately otherwise the whole alarm system will be useless.

Tamper alarm goes off once a day without any reason.. Also one of the door sensors stopped working after one week.. All the problems is not worth the hassle..

save information not appearing .ex. program number ,zone deatils and alarm numbers. pls provide previos version .after new update command not working. how to get previous version previous version work perfectly . after update ,current version not working properly .Ex. by using app unable to lock or unlock security system feed back not working .and system does not understand new commands/SMS. please revert back to previous version . do more UAT and do update for new version

I've tried to set up the app for notification when the detector detecting movement in house but seem do not work at all. It's just sent notification when Arm/Disarm.

On latest version history recordings are missing remote arm/disarm Logs. It will be nice to have geofencing disarm

After the last update, i cannot control the alarm. The loading icon keeps circling and then an error appears.
