It's not great. It's the only doorbell camera system I've ever had so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems pretty worthless to me. It takes 45-60 seconds just to log into the camera when you get a notification. I've had it for 5 weeks and have yet to get logged into the camera feed before the person leaves so I can speak with them, even if I touch the notification the second it appears. I'm glad our HOA pays our membership because I certainly wouldn't pay for this.

Regret, and disappointed. thinking since I'm paying a monthly subscription it would be more hands-off,WRONG. The system is always needing tweaked every month because the recording time fills up preventing any future recordings from happening.a plant triggered the system the whole night at the beginning of the month, rendered the security system useless 30 days. Told the customer service what happened and they essentially made the zone of detection non-existent. One of many complaints and issues

I've had to repeatedly call to get service. Nobody ever follows up or calls back when they say they will or dies what they tell you they will do. Very difficult to work with. I've only had one successful interaction where it took only one call to resolve. Would not recommend this company. I would change services if I hadn't already purchased their system.

Switched to the new app and lost all my controls. Sad I missed my window to cancel this service. It is horrible! Alarm accidentally was set off and it took them 20-30 minutes to even respond to call PD. If it was a true emergency, it could have been a bad situation.

Might be the slowest app on my phone. The delay on the recordings or even a video loading in the app would allow anyone to get away by the time anything loads. When my contract is up, I will be changing services for sure!!

HomePro definitely is a scam business. When I first spoke with the representative of HomePro Operating, LLC, he told me that I could cancel the service at any time. However, after I have relocated to other state. HomepPro is not allowing me to cancel my subscription. They are wanting $900 dollars to cancel the service which is the 22 months of service left. Please stop scamming people and trapping them into the contract. This is very unethical

Pretty useless in real-time. If you're trying to view who's at your front door, not only will the app fail to load in time, but also the app won't save a video recording.

The app is good unless you need real time video on the spot. It sends me my doorbell notifications late, then when I'm in the house and trying to open the app to see who is at the door it spins or says retry.
