It wasn't clear if I had to add the toppi gs that were listed in the description. Some were listed in the choices, some were not. Also, in several spots I couldn't move forward because the continue button was covered up by the keyboard. I had to look at all the open apps and then come back to continue.

App is worthless. Repeatedly try to order carryout from Canal Winchester location. Location isn't even an option, even though it is only a mile from my house. You can't even look at the menu on the app. Not user friendly at all.

Love Masseys but my login will no longer work and it never sends me an email to be able to reset so have to log in as guest and renter my information each time. I wouldn't usually, but the pizza is so good!

App does not recognize my city which has a Massey's Pizza. This app requires a lot more designing. I am not impressed! I uninstalled this app. It is a complete waste of my valuable time!

Its fine for a pizza app. Items do not stay in your cart though. I had to add a payment method. When I clicked back to add my payment method, my cart was empty.

First time trying to use this stupid app. Everything was fine until I went to checkout and couldn't scroll down far enough to select payment method. Lost business and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
stop asking
app doesn't correctly support coupons. it did in the past, but now doesn't. so their coupon 3PAK will only work with a large pepperoni or a large build your own pizza, where it is supposed to be for any large pizza or Stromboli
