Have to pre pay, no option to just pay as u go so your money is locked up. Also no way to turn off charging via the app so you have to go disconnect your vehicle.

a little confusing at first, but it was definitely user error as it was my first time charging away from home. but after about 3 minutes of messing around in the app I figured it out.

God fxing dammit this charging system is THE WORST charging experience ive ever had in all my EV ownership. STEP FXING ONE. IT SAYS THE PLUG IN. I PLUG IN. THE APP SAYS ITS IN USE. I UNPLUG. HIT CHARGE, ERROR. plug in , error. Unplug. Press start. ERROR. Phone support hung up on me twice. WAITING IN BELOW 0 TEMPS 40 MINS
