You have to put your card details into he app itself and not through the app store, which is super dodgy. I was suspicious but thought I'd give it a try since it is fairly cheap and have a free trial week. Midway through my first workout, the video player glitched, I tried to refresh and couldn't find where to go back into my workout, so I closed the app. I wanted to unsubscribe as I don't want to deal with something clearly glitchy and the APP WON'T OPEN!!! Can't unsubscribe - extremely dodgy!

Love this app!!! Best part has to be that it's all backed by a qualified physio - makes me feel confident I'm doing the best for my body vs other running apps I've purchased. I personally find the app seamless to navigate on Android, love the easy to find layout and look too!

I love the concept of the app and how user-friendly it is for beginners like me. So far I've had no problems with the app and everything works perfectly. My only gripe is the cost of the subscription. If the yearly was $50 I think it would be an A1 deal.

I had persistent achillies tendinopathy and saw 3 physiotherapists, followed strict rehab, including an ultrasound over 2 years. I still had pain running more than 1km. Following a strength program designed by Sam (the apps creator) has me running 5ks, 3 X per week, without pain, and i cant begin to describe how much that means to me, my life, my physical and mental wellbeing. Sam knows her stuff and is a bloody legend.
