I am writing to inquire about a recent issue I've encountered with the app's notification system. I haven't been receiving notifications for assignment updates, which has unintentionally caused my child to miss a few deadlines. I understand that technical glitches can occur. I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and ensure that timely notifications for assignments are restored. This will allow parents to stay informed and better support their children's academic progress.

A really bad app. Does not show notifs on time and the teachers get mad on US. Has more bugs than features. Literally.
