I am horrified by the service that this app offers, or should I say DOESN'T offer. It's the 4th time that the machines don't work and I've been paying for a service I don't receive. The service stopped working for days until they "repaired" it but to me it doesn't seem repaired, it seems worse than before. If the problems are not fixed in a timely manner I'll be forced to stop using the service and rely on other companies, despite it doesn't save me from the hassle of doing so

I've paid 15 euro for washes which never happened, and wasted hours loading and unloading machines which magically become out of service for no reason. Haven't been able to wash my clothes for a week now, because apparently the card which I've used for dozens of washes now has the wrong name, and there's no way of checking or adjusting card details within the app. Shockingly awful. Very disappointing that my residence uses such a useless app for the laundromat. Total incompetence.

It does not work (doesn't provide any options to choose like dryer or washer) when i choose my current residence. However it does work when i choose certain different residences. Must be a bug!

horrible. impossible to log in, machines marked as out of order although there's no visible issue, card is charged and the program doesn't start. way too many bugs.

Often when I try to book a machine to wash a small black bubble pops up with no text. I then am brought back to the main menu and the machine is shown as busy when I have no yet paid. This makes washing impossible with this app

The features in the app are really poor: timer for the washing program with delays up to 5 minutes, no possibility to send a notification to the last one who use the machine (maybe he/she lefts something inside the washing machine or maybe you want to ask him/her to take his stuff). Disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I paid twice for the dryer which didn't even start. I raised the complaint through call and mail, filled out the complaint form with all the proof attached, yet no follow up even after a month.
