We've waited for the taxi to be assigned to us for 30 minutes, then we decided to go with the bus and there was no way to cancel the order. The button to cancel appeared only when the driver was already there (after we took the bus unfortunately). Definately there's a room to improve the app

Absolutely Awful Tried to order a taxi, first driver accepted, after about 10 minutes he cancelled, same again with driver two and again with driver three who left me hanging for 15 minutes before cancelling. Wasted so much time hanging around ordering and then being cancelled. In the end just hailed one in the street

Allows you to book taxis, but there's a miriad of problems. It requires a login, which is a bit inconvenient considering there were no social options to quickly set up an account. I couldn't add any payment methods, that screen would just freeze all the time. The app kept crashing and randomly logging me out. There is no indication of how many taxi drivers are available or what the progress is. At one point, the taxi driver did not check who booked it and drove off with the wrong people.

I used this app in Palma de Mallorca. I ordered the taxi evening before for airport transfer and then driver came 5 minutes before time. There was no email confirmation, but the app gave regular updates, including the whereabout of the car (closer to the time of pick up), the make of the car + reg number, and driver details. I was really worried especially after reading the other reviews, but I was really pleasantly surprised with the app and service.

A truly dreadful service. A confusing app to use but more importantly - No confirmation at all for a booking. No email (apart from registration to the app), No SMS. I wrote email to the company support, and after two days, still no response. Just total silence! I had a flight to catch and no confidence a taxi would arrive. My advice: don't install this, and find a different way to arrange trip.

The worst taxi app. Probably the issue with drivers. But experience was awful. When driver didn't arrive I waited for 15 min then called and to my surprise they canceled the order, but a new driver should arrive to somewhere near me, no instructions about car, number so on. Don't waste you time for this app, it will be faster to go by public transport what I did.

does not allow selecting Icelandic phone. There are 3000 Icelandic people in Tenerife at all times maybe alloe us to use the app.

Horrible! 7 times I've called for a taxi, in clear locations, locations with super markets for example. They accept the ride, and then they cancel, but you wait for 5 - 10 minutes. They put you as a no show, when you haven't moved from your location. It's like the taxi driver's find it as a game....I would not reccomend using this app in Fuerteventura, the taxi drivers are irresponsible neaterdals, which can't separate accept from reject, green from red......
