App is very poorly made. Finished adding a card and want to go to the previous menu? The back button (android, not the arrow in the app) takes you back to the edit page instead of the menu. Actually you can see everything you did in the app with the back button. I can't delete my payment info and it takes 24 hours to delete the account. At this point I'm waiting for my card info to be stolen. If you have to use this app link your compass. At least there is no edit menu that would show your info

Lost 200+ minutes of saved time for no reason, just vanished. Now, cannot save time, the option is missing so you always overpay for parking time, even though website declares you can save time, and you could prior. What a fraud product.

I was trying to extend my parking at San Jose and I got an error in internet connection every time I hit the extend button. Never got a confirmation of an extension. So I had to go to a machine and get a parking ticket. However I got got charged 4 times. When I tried to contact the support, no response. Not sure if I will be using this app again. Cannot trust this app.

An app for parking could do su much with technology that's common on mobiles now a days. -Find the nearest parking area -Find parking for vehicle type (motorcycle, truck, etc) -Find parking for people with special requirements -Automatic time extension -Invoicing for companies -Remind vehicle location -Report unpaid taken spots -Alert if someone try's to park where your vehicle should be. -Consult parking tickets Clearly there is no interest on helping drivers park properly, only to take drivers money.

Time reminders sent 2 days later - I've been using the app more frequently this month, and got a ticket the first time because the time expired. I received push notifications 2+ days later, and it's been the same each time after.

With the new update you can't use it in La Fortuna now. App only shows San Carlos, which is Quesada.

Hands down this is the worst app I've ever tried to use. I do a reset of the pass number, and when I try to log in with the new 4-digit number sent to me the app said no match!

Total trash. My phone isnt that old and I cant install this app. It seems to be useless during time of need...
