I re-downloaded this app after not using Wag! for a few years, and it is completely unusable. It freezes when it first opens, and then after unfreezing, a promo pops up and crashes the app. Not sure what happened to their software team, but they need to hire either more or better people. After spending more than a half hour trying to get it to work, I just switched over to Rover, which is a bummer since the services that Wag! offers have been great in the past.

DEAR GOD, FIX YOUR APP, WAG. It is unfathomable that an app from a company this size - where the only way to use the service is through the app - can be THIS bad. Glitchy to the point of being unusable. I have to force close and restart every time I want to do anything, and even then it may still not work. If I hadn't paid for a full year subscription I'd cancel and switch to Rover. One star is too high of a rating

The walkers are great. The app itself is constantly glitching. I have a walker booked repeatedly for during the week yet right now on my app it says I have none till December. Wrong. So I freaked out messaged my walker and he says on his end it shows he's still booked but on mine it's nothing. Completely inconvenient when I need to adjust times for drop ins that aren't on my end. FIX YOUR APP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

The app works fine on my phone, but for anything other than walks it is EXPENSIVE. I have two dogs, and on a competing app generally pay about $50 for daycare or 75-100 dollars for boarding. On wag daycare runs about $100 and boarding is about $150 per night. Ouch. The walks are competitively priced at least, and I appreciate that they automatically find someone else if they cancel last minute. Rover kind of just says good luck when that happens

The two stars are only because I've had some great pet sitters and walkers through this service. But the app itself deserves 0 stars. It is consistently slow and glitchy. I've had it give error messages when I try to tip someone, fail to let me review someone, take so long to open messages, freeze, give error messages just trying to navigate the app and more. Further I tried to contact customer support online and that chat box started glitching! How this app is so awful is beyond me.

Truly terrible app. It's incredibly slow, lacks basic functionality (like easily opting out of walks on holidays), and it constantly closes whatever you're working on to ask you to review past walks. I have the same person walking my dog regularly, and I'm not going to review every single walk. But the constant pop up along to review months old walks makes it impossible to use any other features.

Update: This is crossing over to legal compliance issues now. I am unable to even delete my account or user information since it has to be done within the app. But the app is non-functional and completely unusable. So, the negative reviews about this app were spot on. Haven't had it installed for more than 10 minutes, and it is the most unresponsive and clunky app I have ever used. I can't even close the promotion pop-ups they keep pushing.

The dog sitters are great but the app is terrible. Can't do basic functions like book a sitter/Walker without pre-tipping and does not let users know about hidden fees as they're doing core actions like canceling service. All of the help and support articles are for iphone... It's very clear the team does not care about their Android users.
