There are very, very few cbt apps that are as good as this one. Its interface is fun to look at. Even though it has some bits and pieces where I wish it would be a bit more like that Excel At Life one it has fine definitions about many different topics regarding anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, grief etc and explains where unrealistic thinking stems from and a good range of mood, emotions, feelings you can chose from in a list while doing your specific mental health caring 'homework' 😊😊😊

One of the few apps on here that actually helps you and does it for free. I recently started reinstalling some of my mental health help apps from a few years ago, and realized this is the only one that hadn't locked all of the features I used to use behind a paywall. And I love all the different categories, there's both short-term and long-term help for different situations, general information, forums, etc. A must-have for 2020!

amazing. best mental health app ive used. i particularly like the catastrophe scale, that has hands down changed my life. even showed this to my cognitive analytical therapist who thought it was great and downloaded herself to take a look. extremely helpful and informative app, good exercises to help ground you. having borderline personality disorder, and anxiety this really does help, having it to hand in this format.good work!

I like it but on the staying grounded part I can't do it because the stars are at the bottom right parallel with the touch screen home buttons etc so if i click on them it takes me off and I can't turn the orientation round of my screen because the app doesnt flip over. It may seem minor but checking those off physically helps me to stay in the moment

Display can be problematic on Android. Activities that have the stars on the bottom trigger the user to accidentally leave the app, access home, or "return" instead of completing the stars. Wish they were higher on the screen, in the middle, or along the side top-to-bottom. I'm struggling to use a majority of these activities because of this and it's a shame; they're helpful! Overall, trying to love this app. Update: for other users having this issue, go to settings to adjust "padding"! Rate 4/5

I really enjoy this app. Great little tips and tools to help interrupt negative thought. However I have the app on a google pixel and have noticed in the journal, which is my favorite part, I can't save my entries. The arrow button to continue appears at the bottom of the screen amongst the phone's navigation buttons. I haven't been able to hit the arrow, I just hit a nav button for the phone. Not sure when this happened as it used to work. Makes the app sort of useless for me now.

Great app, but I'm not able to use all the features due to design flaws. For instance, the save button on the habit tracking pages is at the very bottom of the screen, which places it under my phone's back button, so I'm unable to save any habits as it backs out of the page without saving when I try to select it. There should be more attention placed to avoiding using the margins of the screen for buttons or content to make it more compatible with all phone types.

It's very, broken up into digestible pieces. Which, if you're like me at all is amazing, because nothing can be more bothersome than a lengthy book encrypted in technical jargon. This app for the most part, uses a very conversational style of writing that is infinitely more engaging than the usual style that is as if someone is just prattling on. It gives you suggestions for how to challenge unhelpful thoughts, breaks down common unpleasant feelings and has fun little mindfulness exercises.
