This site/app is a FRAUD. DON'T EVER USE IT. The will use your payment method to charge you for subscriptions you never requested, and never notify you about it or send you a bill. The are a total SCAM.

The app is asking me to login but I can't I mean how can I login when I've never signed up or register. So when I put my email they say it's wrong

I wish I read reviews before hand. I was charged $46, not the $1 as advertised. The platform has a delay discrepancy between the responses received on the app and text messages. Sometimes I received messages faster on the app, sometimes receiving texts was faster. it's frustrating to check multiple locations. It made the initial communication with the expert awkward and frustrating. The platform is a good concept but needs work. And the pricing needs to be clear, not misleading.

Hello...the previous version was excellent and I had given a 5 star rating. The problems in this version are - 1. Hanging a lot 2. Even after I send the introduction message to the customer, the typing box will still have it and I need to manually select all and cut it. 3. Taking a lot of time to refresh. 4. Taking a lot of time to show up the questions once clicked. I would request the developer team to fix these bugs as soon as possible. Meanwhile I would say and suggest other users to use the Google Chrome based web version is better and faster now. May I know you some action has been taken on this because the problems are still persisting?

I do my best to refrain from leaving negative reviews. Especially, for free tools that we are given to do our work. That being said, the functionality of this app is terrible. It was bad before. But, now I am missing messages and the app continues to freeze on the regular. Even the website itself has pages that are restricted for "testing of the new pay system". I joined as an expert last year and that has not changed. The company should hire more experts in the field of web development. Cheers

STAY AWAY 46$ a month. They Have been billing me even After I called to cancel. I have not used the service I got a new card a while back but still getting billed. I dont know what else to do. I'm definitely reporting them to all media streams and BBB

I wasn't sure about this service but was looking for something like this. After being told the cost would be $10 today and then if I liked it there would be a monthly charge of $60 I decided to give it a try. As others have stated in the reviews here that was not the way it worked. They took the $10 and $60 charge out of my account at the same time. Within minutes of me giving them my credit card number. I called Customer Support right away and was told neither they nor a manager could help.

New update is not working at all for me. I can not get past the first page. Tried a uninstall and reinstall, as well as emailed app support but my email keeps getting sent back. Please sort this out ASAP.
