Tigo sucks. Can never log in to my account. Customer service does not help and never understands what I am trying to explain. Have not been able to login to my online or mobile account for 2 months now. Contacted customer service many times to get it fixed but never any positive results. Always pay my monthly bill early and never missed a payment in 4 years since I have Tigo internet, cable, and cell. Too bad, what a shame how they run their business. Might leave Tigo soon for another company.
