You get a personalized therapist who works with you as a support through your program. Your program, meaning: you customize your program/experience. Then, along the way, someone who cares about your struggles offers feedback or empowers you to keep going. It's worth the commitment to utilize this great app! I've had a lot less pain when doing Kaia consistently. I also really like that you can adjust the difficulty level, chat with an actual coach, and remove trainings that are painful.

I'm torn between wanting to praise the app for existing at all, and for what it does right, and being really frustrated with issues it seems like it would be really easy to fix. For example, the exercises seem great, but I only know that from watching and imitating the videos, because there are no subtitles or closed captions for the verbal instructions. I can't benefit from the other videos at all, because I can't hear them. You have a script, right? Just slap it up on the screen.

Good substance. Not refined and too many bugs. I paid for the subscription but there are lot of bugs. Freezes. Doesn't allow me to complete the exercise and generally feels like it's 98 percent complete. The core exercises are good but the mindfulness and other tracks are a bit sophomoric and basic and very repetitive. Can really refine and build out in my view to create a great app. Given the cost users are owed that much. I paid for the year so I'm hopeful it will improve as the core idea good.

After 30 years of back pain, I don't expect this app to fix everything in a month, but after using this app for ~ 1 month I do have less pain and it feels like I'm on the right track. The user interface is mostly intuitive and easy to use, exercises are clearly explained, I like the comprehensive approach with learning, exercise, meditation and progressive muscle relaxation. Overall well worth it!

As one who has never had PT or taken exercise class, I didn't know what an ab is. I had to stop and look it up. I still don't know exactly what I do to tighten them. Also, not enough time is given to change positions between exercises. I'm finding I need to listen to the instructions all the way through before I attempt to do an exercise. There's a couple of exercises I still haven't figured out all the details of the positions and the movements. But this is interesting.

I received membership to the app from my employer. Before I started using the app, I was having a lot of pain in my foot due to a sports injury that lead to my arch collapsing, aka fallen arch. I have not been using the app long, but the exercises does seem to be helping. They use guilded videos to show you the proper technique and posture. I'll have to see how it fairs in the long term.
