Horrible app from the beginning. Constant issues/freezing uninstall/reinstall multiple times a week and the techs are stating that its the employees phone in which we have to go out of our way into the office on their office of the hours available only to have them resolve the issues when in fact its NOT my phone or the phone company it literally IS kantime app itself. Its a complete waste of time paper was the way to go.But this is just my "opinion" and that probably doesnt even matter.

I've been stuck using this app for over a year, and in that years time there might be a couple of days where I've been able to work without a problem. It doesn't read addresses correctly, doesn't allow you to clock in or out without some form of a glitch, and these updates seem to be worse instead of better, and there's an update it seems every other month. It's ridiculous!! I've never had this problem with other apps like well sky.

Back to paper! This app's updates and bug fixes aren't sent in notifications. All changes within the app, such as the new Client Signature Validation Grace Period, are sent to users. If my Staffing Manager can't notify me that I need to Sync within 30 seconds or less or my shift will be erased, is detrimental! I shouldn't have to delete then reinstall at all. It shouldn't create more work or waste time. This App should be working for me!

I refer to this as "Kanttime". It has become a little better, but still is one of the worst apps I have ever used. (When it works) Unfortunately, I have to use it to get paid and that I have to constantly interact with it, almost feels like a curse 😔

If you use an iPhone forget it you will have constant issues. To say the app is glitchy is an understatement. I would not recommend this app or software to my worst enemy. In 2024 Kantime could definitely be doing better. When trying to lure you in as a customer they will tell you this system does anything and everything you want once they have you the buts and howevers kick in full force. Support is useless on their best day. Save yourself the trouble this whole program is absolute garbage.

I'm Not sure why everyone else is saying they have all these issues. It works for me 98% of the time, fine. Sometimes it will kick me out, or not sync when I need it to, sometimes I hve to clock n a few times BC it will say I'm not n the range but for the most part, it works fine for me! Fix these issues and I'll gladly change my rate.

Time consumptive in that as a direct service provider I already write case notes every visit so filling the notes out with this app as well seems repetitive. Also the location sensor for client's who live in manufactured home parks only honors one location for the entire park so always shows that I'm more than 200 feet away from my client's home when in fact I'm within 20 feet of their front door. This then takes more time to sign in and sign out as I have to explain.
