this is just the most awful piece garbage that has been ever programmed. And I should know that because I did my undergraduate in computer science and engineering. Don't dare buy this product or any cooler that has any Wi-Fi in it. I have had no less than 8 calls directly to Kohler and all have been completely in vain. sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't. Right now I'm looking at the Kohler connect and it completely lost my home Wi-Fi. It totally disappeared. GARBAGE. TOTAL WASTE

I have a Moxie shower head and the instructions with the shower head say follow the steps on the app when connecting the speaker. I followed the steps on the app and were unsuccessful. I spent two hours researching it online and there were several steps that were not listed on the app that were needed to connect the device. This app looks nice but the backend and engineering of how the app works needs some adjustments.

Kohler ended the support for Aquifer and it no longer shows up in the app. It did not work most of the time when it was supported though.

I have had to reset this 12 times in 2 months. Fixtures are great, but the remote button takes 3 pushes to start shower. My Anthem valve disconnects once a week .. and my link to Alexa has to be reprogrammed constantly.

truly a terrible and should be embarrassing for a large company like Kohler. this app makes their connected product line frustrating and not worth using, despite how the individual sensors and devices work. it is slow, crashes all the time, and overall terrible UX.

This is one of the least functional apps. Bought the Kohler smart faucetand it has never functioned as advertised. App now crashes Everytime I try to reconnect to my device. Save yourself the expense and trouble. Buy something else.

App is slow to connect. Logs me out randomly. No alreta when my house was flooding from the ceiling and it did shut off my water. SO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! DOES NOT WORK!

I love the idea of my H2Wise+. I sure hope it works when I need it (catastrophic water leak)! This Konnect app worked better before the last update. Now it doesn't tell me water pressure or flow rate. But, worse, if I turn off the water I get a message "Water is Partially On" :-( I think it's actually an app problem. I believe the valve is working properly (I hope so!). Same when I turn it back on in. But I paid a lot of money for what I thought would be a quality product. The app is not!
