its so hard to search properties. not specific. for example if you want to search whole city, you type "cabanatuan city" it will give you options for brgy under that city. then if you put ths provincial or region that city is not there. its very frustrating.

No ability to remove your ad. Result: many very old ads still online. I was very interested in a property, but turns out to be a 6-year old ad!! I spoke to the seller and he told me he can't delete the ad and just keeps getting enquiries. Very frustrating for sellers and buyers! Why does Lamudi not offer an update / remove function? Most probably to make the website look more popular and get more traffic and ad revenue. Respectable websites display the date the ad was placed, not this site. Bad!

Found a really nice rental thru the app.. It would be great though if posts are updated regularly to save time: taken down if no longer available. Was able to verify legitimate accounts, and identify a bogus account offering a too-good -to-be-true rental thru their wecare verification. A great resource!

This app is total junk they advertise properties and take pictures of flowers or donuts in the rooms instead of taking photos of for example the swimming pool or the gym at the condo and I've seen some condos not even mentioning the pool or gym even though there is one!!. Its just pure laziness by the estate agents also the search needs improving and the filters hardly ever work and why in 2024 is there no video tours of the houses and condos this is standard in most of the world now, outdated!

I can utilize all of the features of the app. As a seeker, filters really helped me to find my specific dream house. All of the details on the property is accurate even when we did our tripping, that helped me to decide. This app is very recommendable to every seeker who aspires their dream house.

As a Seller, this app is unresponsive most of the time. Its such a pain to fill up your property information, only for it to be deleted because of some bug in-app. Also the mobile verification doesn't seem to be responsive as well. After I finished my registration process, it asked me to verify my mobile and then it says its already in use???

Before I accepted the offer of Lamudi I told them for an assistance because I am a new user and don't have any idea about this especially on how to post my products here.. they are very accommodating at first. But when I paid them and ask for the receipt and I want to replace my postings, then, I cannot contact any of them, they don't answer my calls and are unreachable. Until now it almost a month no receipt yet.

Unreliable app. It seems the developer or website doesn't bother to check whether the details are still updated or available. Almost all the listing I inquired with are either no longer available or doesn't reply.
