On 9/20/24, I was charged twice $9.90 and also $9.49. The following month, on 10/21/24, I was charged $55.82 and also $29.99. I emailed to cancel my subscription, and they replied asking the reasons for my decision, and they also reminded me the AUTORENEWAL WAS STILL ACTIVE! Honestly, you ask them to cancel, and they won't! Unbelievable!

Not really, impressed. While the app does have some great tips, it nothing you couldn't find for free by googling. Additionally, requiring to pay for this app with no free option is Terrible! After paying for the subscription it still requires you pay $10 or more for accesses other features within the app. This really is a bit of a money pit app.

The app was not for me. I tried to cancel my subscription. But when you hit cancel my subscription it doesn't go to where you can just cancel. There needs to be an easy way to just cancel your subscription yourself. So I am just cautioning people that it is not an easy cancel. Mine still isn't canceled and I'm waiting for an email from them. I had a payment issue and they said they had to have a screenshot of the payment they took out twice. But guess what their app does not allow screenshots.

This app is horrible. It is not tracking my workouts, so I have no clue which one I did last or what day I am on. It is constantly freezing up and glitching. I also thought I was only paying a one time fee for the app, until I was surprised with a $30 monthly fee this morning. I stopped using the app after 8 days and have no intentions on using it again.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing this. I have a shoulder injury and had the app less than 2 weeks and they refuse to give me any refund, but they will extend my membership 2 month free of charge...oh joy, not. The cancel membership button takes you another website. I have reached out via e-mail and they refuse to refund me. They also snuck in and additional $4.95 for something after I paid $30 for this useless app.

I enjoyed the app but I need to cancel it. I'm lowering my rating bc I submitted a request to cancel my subscription months ago, and low and behold I got charged $99 today. I went back through my emails and it looks like I missed a rep's email trying to keep me on as a member. Wonderful. Next time please just cancel my service and then follow up with an offer. Don't respond with offers to stay on and include a small disclaimer at the bottom saying I'm still on the auto-renew plan. It's scammy.

I guess I'm not the only fool they fell for this scam. First, it was $30, which they refunded after contacting support. When I woke up, there were 2 charges for $34.95, so I canceled again & got a partial refund. Then, day 3, a $49 charge came out & no refund. They don't let you just click on cancel subscription, which is a bunch of bull & is completely fraudulent. It sends you to the support/contact us page. Now, many emails later, & I still haven't gotten it canceled or received a refund! 0 ⭐️

SCAM!! You keep getting recurring charges and when you try to cancel it keeps taking you to a support page instead of just canceling your membership it gave me a fee for 19.99 for 90 days before the time is up I've gotten more charges of 29.99 , 10.99 for what idk because app has never been used and when I never even received their initial plan in the 1st place and to even request a refund it's asking another email process don't download it it's a SCAM!!
