Rubbish. Can't even sign in. After entering details, it gives the option of going to the app or staying in browser, but just ignores you and goes back to sign in page. The app and the website do exactly the same, even after re-downloading. I'm only trying to get into the site for a refund or change of dates, but will not use again.

Can't change country, it's stuck on united kingdom and gbp. My account is Ireland and euros when viewing on the website. Update to responce. Not all android os allow selection of all English speaking countries, I have only English UK or English US.

Not only did I pay 50% more than orher websites, but the app was to find my reservation and since they don't have a contact you're completely left on your own without support. The "need help" section they will respond with here doesn't offer a contact option. The "chat with us" button literally doesn't nothing. Shame.

Worst service. Hidden fees for luggage. I bought a roundtrip from Santiago to Madrid and had to double pay the luggage. Do all of it well or do no luggage at all. My sister used kiwi and all her luggage had been successfully paid all the way with different airlines.

I booked flights through them and I noticed the baggage allowance while booking but my ticket got booked without any checked baggage. I escalated to the Etihad airlines and they offered an one time option to cancel with full refund if the agency can request within 24 hours. But my request got dragged without any action.

Flexible option is a scam . You can only change flights before departure flight, if you need to change return flight they don't help..

In the event of a cancellation, this company do everything in their power to rip you off. Prior to canceling my holiday, I checked their guidance from the original booking which showed I would lose around £120 from non-refundable flights, which is a shame but understandable as it was the original contract terms. Last minute however refused to give any estimate before finalizing the cancellation, and are now stating that over £300 of my booking is non-refundable, but refuse to explain

Booked 2 trips, first one came through fine, second one for 3 days now can't even load up my trips. Getting worried about getting to the accomodation and having issues. Since the update a few months ago app is temperamental as anything. Easier to use the browser. On Samsung zflip5.
