I would have given 5 stars until last week.i had to pay for an Uber Monday because they didn't put my appointment on the board. Wensday the same thing but I called an hour before my appointment. Then when I was ready to go home they still didn't have me on the board.A supervisor had to step in both times to fix things.the second person was somewhat rude.the first person was very apologetic.they need to do a retraining on whoever messed up.normally liberty has done well.

I keep getting messages for the "NEW" Liberty Yellow Cab app. I am a medical rider, and pay thru insurance. I like that you send notices when my driver is on his way, but I will contact you for any other needs. Stop all the other messages. We know Liberty, trust me!! Lol...

Liberty Cab has made me late for several doctor appointments.They are very unorganized and unreliable. I would suggest using another company.

So far it's been good but only one thing is i must remember to request a SUV because it's not working 😞😕 with those small 🚗🚨 cars 😭😔!! 🤠😎
