I have requested many times for the developer to give an update to download all the images in a single go and still they are asking the parent to download daily images manually, which is time-consuming. All the images are stored in the cloud, and if they provide an option to zip\compress, it would be good and they don't value the parents feedback. I have sent several emails and requested that they share their mobile numbers to discuss, and now I have lost two years of photos from Flinto class.

Very good navigational experience. The new feature of payments is seamless and very easy to use. Clearly we distinguish the completed payments and incomplete ones.

Cannot reload the app without reopening it. Very annoying that such a basic feature is missing. I'm referring to the opening screen before being logged in, where no options are available. Pulling down the screen does not work, you have not provided that feature.

From a parent's standpoint, it doesn't allow the same level of communication as Class Dojo. You don't have the option of messaging a specific person (for example, your child's teacher), only "the school".

Excellent app.. very useful to parents. Things are getting updated quickly and we no need to check for dairies for the updates. I would recommend you guys to enhance this app for primary and secondary school students and also add the fees payment reminders and enable the payment through this app. as well. Good JoB. It's a great app and it is very convenient to communicate with school . I can track all the activities just at one place. I am getting notifications of each and every activity that makes me interesting to use this app.

Videos are some times play and some times will not play. Most of the times videos won't play. All the times we can not download videos. Ans: even we reached to teachers they are asking us to raise request. That is problem in app

I haven't tried the app fully so rating based on the initial Experience..thanks for quick response from the kriyo support team for the initial hiccups...I'm able to login and use ...this app is really helpful I can see multiple option to know the kids activities ,to communicate with teachers ,live streaming, photo sharing etc. really good work thanks
