This app has made it next to impossible for my husband to accept orders even after purchasing a subscription. When reaching out to the support team their solution is always uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing really gets fixed. We started off really good without having a subscription and would get a good weeks earning and now we aren't making next to nothing. Now with the new tier system going into play giving the higher tiers first access to orders we will never get work again.

As a contractor, this app can pay well, but the teir system is a fraudulent system employed to contractors. The app will send you notifications only if you move your phone around in your hands, get notifications but they are always way to old and gone, but you don't get notifications unless you pickup your phone. You must marry your phone to get gigs in this app. It shouldn't be legal, not sure if it actually is. I'm in the highest teir in my area, and i do not get first pickings like i pay for.

I've been on the load up platform for about 3 years when it first came to my city. I actually enjoy the work however this new app pretty much bumped me off the platform. I preferred the old app because the new one doesn't function properly on my phone. I tried to call and voice my concerns but it doesn't seem like anything is going to happen. 🤷 They're going to lose a lot of good drivers after this one. The new app is horrible. I went from working full time, to part time, to nothing.

I see so many comments, but nothing has been done to fix the problems! This app continously freezes and it takes forever to claim a job. That's really inconvenient when speed is vital to securing jobs. When a job becomes available, the app gives no description of the work that needs to be done. Description and photos should be required from customers requesting help. The app also will not take photos. I constantly have to have dispatch close out my jobs. (S Ultra 22) GO BACK TO THE OLD APP!

this loadup app compared to the one that I was previously using is horrible on my a23 5g android. The map always has me starting in Atlanta,Georgia. I'm based in Pittsburgh, PA. I try to pick on an available load, and I get the loading rig of death, and nothing comes on screen.. there's no location permissions to pick to make my location more accurate. When you go to take pictures of the items when the app does work. It kicks me off of the close out order screen.Re-installing dont work.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Downloaded the app and in less than a week my password somehow gets changed and they sent me a text that it's being worked on, I look for a update an hour later and it says it doesn't understand. Also the app seems to be completely worthless since I'm in Texas and it only shows me Georgia! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Was paying tried sending on jobs that took multiple days. They financially punish you. They penalized you for their unprofessionalism. The take your money and make you appeal for it back. The list goes on then I begged to keep contracting on to realize I better on my on.

We love the app and Loadup the only problem we are having is when the client goes to sign it is refreshing the signature page making it very difficult to get a signature. The clients are getting frustrated after trying multiple times to sign and it keeps closing.
