The app concept is what attracted me. I want to give this 5 stars but you cannot speak to anyone, that's already a deficit. I've completed all tasks for the onboarding process, so that's not the problem. I was told my profile would be complete by the end of last week and it's not. I reached out for a status, on their chat service and I received no reply. Finally, around 9:15 p.m. someone reached out to me and I fully explained the issue and guess what?.... He ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

The app is the way to go because you can't get anyone on the phone. The client definitely has access to speaking with a representative of Medflyt. Unless you're going to the office. It's definitely a great place to work because everything is online.

I like to use all of the features this system for for more than training. I like being able to contact n th coordinator rather than call on the phone and wait a hour. I like being able to see all visits that I have visited although this program was initially experimented in third world county, I think it's a great idea that someone also adopted the system as a easier way to communicate with gu ou agency on the go in the field. Have to clients phone numbers for directions too new cases.

GREAT APP!! Shows you ALL the available Cases open that your Agency has. You can take on another case that is posted W the click of a button!! GREAT, Resource.. Also, shows Temporary One Time Shift's (people call out, etc.) Which you can grab as a one shot deal to make Extra money.. Posts throughout the Weekend "One time Shift's" and you can pick something up at the very last minute.. 10 STARS!!

The app is great but has major limitations.. 1. There's barely any control for the aides 2. Setting the time you're available is a task. 3. Aide has no control over removing agencies they no longer work with. 4. On-boarding is total rubbish. And even if you didn't complete application with the agencies they still clutter the whole app with cases from agencies you don't work with or never complete on-boarding with so finding a case with the agencies you do work with is a treasure hunt

I like the app. very helpful for getting more hours and let me know if it's a fill in case or if it's permanent case. I worked with alot of Agencies and this is the only Agency that has this app. I really like it very helpful for me. Omer i tried to reply to i won't go thru . Is there a number i can reach you at so i can give you the name of other Agencies i registered with and i am still registered with them

Easy onboarding process. Responsive staff. Great management and understanding coordinators. Lots of shift types. Requesting, accepting, and scheduling made easy through app. Even changing direct deposit at any time in app.

Since doing the update, the app doesn't even give me the option to put in my 4 digit code on the initial screen... literally, no number pad pops up at the bottom but I DO receive notifications for new cases. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO VIEW THE NEW CASES AND MAKE MONEY IF I CANT EVEN SIGN IN?!?!??!
