The worst application and the worest provider. They refuse all requests without any reasons and their system had technical issues all the time. They have very bad customer service who didn't solve any problems.

Should I spent my entire life to enter my DOB as I'm above 30 ?! Either you give options to toggle between years or keep the format active for data entry ! i have just logged in then it gives me invalid ID !!

I can't activate my card when I enter card number it keep saying my phone number isn't activated while I never activate any number with the company so why you want it just now and why you have never asked me before about it especially when before I got my card ?!

Worst application ever .. I cannot access my card or activities at all, even after reinstalling the app it is not allowing me enter my phone number or reset the password

I just installed this application with the latest update and can't login it always say wrong member ID or brith year and both are right. So now can't view my medical network
