This system is extremely slow and glitches constantly on the computer and on the app. It is so frustrating when I read the reviews on here and see other people's troubles, and Mytime's response is to pinpoint what exactly isn't working or to reach out and they don't leave a contact. Let me tell you, if this system WAS functional, it would be great. It has the stuff I want in a booking system. Fix the slow response time, or I'm just gonna get a different booking system.

Update: We still have issues with this app! Lately our clients have been getting booked one time but it shows up 2 to 3 times repeated! Updated the app last night and now it's not working for me. Prior to update I kept getting kicked off the app every time I left the window to check something. This app is always malfunctioning in one way or another. Gets kind of annoying. I only use it because I have to. Our salon chooses to use it. Update: We're all experiencing problems right now with the App

It always logs me out. Sometimes won't let me log in. It won't let me see the new hires schedule. I've updated it with no luck. When printing out tickets it does not print out notes with the ticket. There are WAY to many clicks to get tickets printed. How many times do you need to push PRINT.

I work at a Dog Grooming Dalon and they make us use this. It's so annoying, you have to have the app, save it on your homescreen AND access to the desktop version because no one has everything working. Even then so much is missing, such as no cat breeds so we have them all in as chihuahuas,etc. I can't imagine why a business would chose this.

This app is horribly out together. If you want to find out anything about an appointment, good luck. This app pisses me off so much to use. It also won't load customer info half of the time and logging in cause the app to close. I'd rather go without a schedule than use this system

I'm required to use this app for my job and it constantly has issues. Like currently it just logs me out so I have no access to my schedule whatsoever and it doesn't allow me to see client information half the time. Unfortunately my job won't switch to another app but none of me or my coworkers like it because it's always having issues.

It is very pretty in design. The user interface does flow intuitively. The ability to use the app from within a shop or at an event is extremely handy.
