Great tool, but they started charging $50 for the free version that I've been using for years. I've lost access to all of my files a haven't found a good substitute. If they had done this wisely and warned their customers of the changes and offered the free version for $15 per month, they would have maintained most of their clients. Now we're on disgruntled and on Reddit talking about it. You had a faithful client base who recommend you often and would have paid $15. Disappointed.

No the desktop it is really great. Very customisable and very easy to set up and get started - I love it. However it all falls apart on you mobile. The app is extremely basic and has no interface into you Gmail the way it does on your desk top. The is a major weakness in my opinion. You can access all of the boxes and all of the data in those boxes and it is fully editable. But you cannot create a new box directly from your inbox on your phone. I hope a serious update is coming soon.

I have been facing a problem since, yesterday. Whenever I'm opening an email from my mobile it's showing read. Which is not supposed to happen earlier. If I read the email and that's a notification the email has been seen, the purpose of using this tracking system is useless. But to be frank other than this the extension has worked well for me since I started using. I hope you'll be able to fix the problem.

With the Desktop version Streak is by far my favorite normal person/Business oriented CRM, The phone app is incomplete, but it works well. This is why it isn't 5 stars: You can set tasks up for different clients with the crm, putting due dates automatically updates your calendar...but complete the task and it's gone (instead of striking the letters like a completed task). If i look at my calendar today it looks likr I've done nothing the past months! Help with this please, keep it up!

Whatever your programmers have done to this pre-amazing addition to my Gmail suite, undo it all!!!!! It is extremely buggy, even more difficult to use and won't even load correctly like it to used to. I have since stopped using it as it just doesn't work! I can't set a follow up while doing a quote. I have to send it then go back to sent mails and set a follow up from there. It's painful!

I'm weary to give this too many stars as it was absolutely awful just last month. They seem to have overhauled it considerably since I last looked at it. You can now see emails and get the attachments, going back doesn't return you to the top of the menu. 4 stars for the massive improvement over the last version. Could use the ability to record and possibly transcribe calls attached to boxes. Thanks for redoing the app.

2022: I'm still using the Gmail extension happily, but the Android app is apparently not a priority to the team at Streak. 2020: Android version is inadequate. The screenshots that are shared with this app are clearly from the iOS version, not the Android version. I only keep this on my phone so I can have a quick glance at who's in my pipelines but that's about the extent of what I can do with it. I really have to go back to my desktop to be able to use streak functionally. Disappointed.

Updated review 2020 The app is excellent now, such an improvement. The task list is great and the pipeline overview is really clear and easy to use. It would be great to have a collapsible view of the boxes from the pipeline stage overview and would be great to be able to change the stage of the box without going into edit it but other than that it's great. Would also be good to be able to add emails to boxes via Gmail android app. Maybe this is possible but I can't figure it out.
