This app is great... when it works. I've had issues with the QR code not refreshing and the app freezing up on a server contact failure message. I've reinstalled multiple times, reset my phone, refreshed data, refreshed my connection, etc. Nothing works. I just tried for 20 minutes to refresh my ride transfer and eventually had to explain to the driver that I could not provide the code. I'm going back to using my bus card and requesting paper transfers from now on. This is so frustrating!

The QR barcode often fails to refresh. This is a problem when attempting to board a bus, and the onboard scanner will not accept the expired barcode. If this happens, oftentimes the driver will not allow you to board. I have missed my ride to work on more than one occasion. Other than that, if the glitch is addressed, the app is very useful. Just an FYI, if you are dealing with this issue, go to the bus station and they will give you a smart card that will link to the app.

The app gave my bf the wrong bus route to take home, and he ended up in Mountville. Had to pay 23 for an uber to get home. Unsure if you have recently changed the route for the 17 bus, but this is ridiculous. He set the correct destination and it still gave him the wrong route. Your app, routes and inaccurate arrival times need work. I have waited on the bus multiple times and have been late to work as a result.

It's amazing that this app exists! A quantum leap for bus users in Lancaster County. It's so nice to be able to see suggested routes nearby. I wish there were: - a trip planner feature, allowing me to plan how to use the bus for tomorrow's errands. - an interactive map of the bus system so I can better understand my route options and most importantly, the bus stops. - more accurate reflections of bus stops. Two buses drove right past me as I was standing at one of the "bus stops" included.

this app is no longer usable as the last four times i tried the bus was 20 minutes late or did not show at all. several times a scheduled bus just DISAPPEARED from the app and never showed at the stop?! not sure if rrta is short staffed, but they are so unreliable i cant count on them and subsequently have changed from 5 stars to 1.

I HATE this App! I have had nothing but problems with it. I have had to delete and re-download it more than 20 times in 3 weeks. That's not hyperbole! I keep getting the same error message: "Can't establish reliable data connection to server. Please try again later." When I download it and re-install, it works, but only some of the time. It has crashed twice while I was boarding the bus! I've reported it, but nothing's been done.

good for understanding routes but the app is constantly off especially the 10 route and customer support is as rude as they come. worked somewhat fine until the recently when they entire bus schedule got changed and the app was struggling to keep up...

The app is great if it works, because the routes appear easy to navigate. However, the app itself is majorly bugged. It freezes up or doesn't load 98% of the time, rendering it useless.
